"Art behind closed doors" was a facebook page founded for professional visual artists, who had been hard hit by the Corona crisis.Many of us had art behind closed doors. Exhibitions which had started, were suddenly closed over night.This closing of doors had brought the visual arts to a halt and so with, artists had no way of earning income.

On 30th April a finissage was held to close one chapter and open a new one as from 1st May. On 1st May we renamed the group in response to the loosening of restrictions in Austria, "ART BEHIND CLOSED DOORS, OPENS"

On 14th June, the group was closed.

A total of 160 Austrian and international members were members.
